My first visit was awesome. I received a deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth. The dentist was pleasant and her bedside manner was above expectations. My gums recovered within 24 hours. I had to return for the right side a week later. This time I had a male dentist. He advised he was going to give me extra novicaine because he was going to be aggressive with the cleaning. Mind you, my left side had more deposits, than the right side. Primarily cause the right side had been cleaned recently. During the cleaning he struck nerves and hurt my gums. It has been over a week since the appointment and my gums are still sore and it hurts when I floss on the right side as well. He also.was rude the first day I met him. In my opinion he does not represent Mint in a positive light. But the other staff members were amazing. More

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years or 5… They had been blowing me up about my ck up that I missed. I told the lady I started a new job n couldn’t come right now unless she have a late appointment she stated she did so she booked me. Now keep in mine I said I STARTED A NEW JOB WHICH MEAN NEW BENEFITS CORRECT??!! SO …. My appointment day has arrived and I call again to confirm appointment. I come in n speak n the black lady at the desk guess she was new was like yes ma’am. I said I have an appointment she said ok your name give my name n she say we have u as a cash patient I say no I have insurance I told them when I book I had a new job n was ask was do I have ppo insurance stated yes. Ok so she go get the office manager a young Hispanic woman who says u got insurance now I stated yes I was without for a short time she say o we do t have your insurance info and it’s to late to verify I said huh how is that? Well fast forward she got it verified and told me I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY DUE TO INSURANCE I SAID OK SO IM THINKING IM ABOUT TO BE SEEN N SHE SAY I REBOOKED U I SAID NO MA’AM I will not be taking off again she said your cleaning won’t be done by 5:30 I said what time y’all close she said 5:30 I said my appointment was 4:30 n I’m here so get started she had the nerves to say I HAVE TO PICK MY KIDS UP I HAVE A FAMILY I SAID OK N I HAVE A JOB AS WELL SOOO. But I’ve called corporate I’ve called soooo call boss number she have sent emails and txt nothing back… Looking for another location to go too now there lost!!!!! 🤣🤣🤷🏽‍♀️ More

I've had many cleanings throughout my entire life and this was by far the worst painful experience I've ever had with a dental hydientist cleaning. She was impatient, her demeanor was awful and she seemed not to care that I was jumping and saying ouch every few secs. This was not a deep cleaning and I've never had many issues with my gums. Her response was that I should have told her ...uh my mouth was wide up with tools inside...seems she should have read my language...then she says I have gengivits...but I had just saw the doctor and she said absolutely nothing about a gum disease. So I requested for the doctor to come back in to educate me and as soon as she walked in her first line was that I STAND BEHIND WHATEVER MY HYGENTIST SAYs....but your the one with the license to diagnose. It was horrible. Mint dentistry ...is actually a great relaxing place. The entertainment was awesome the rooms were very relaxing and I got to watch Hulu. So with that being said I'll never visit the Lancaster location until they have a new dentist that's confident in her own diagnosis ...they do have another hygentist but I don't want that negative energy of the company working in my mouth. Cedarhill your up next and I pray that my experience is much better.***update****Andrew, a rep from Mint gave me a call in regards to my concern...let's just say I'm satisfied with the symphathy and concern he had. He reassured me of the steps to move forward so that ''tis doesn't be the experience for someone else. I really appreciate customer service "Good Customer Service". I'll definitely be returning to Mint again just a new location. They are by far still one of the best dentist offices I've been to in regards to it all. Thank you Dr. Harrison and Andrew. More

This is ridiculous bad service been waiting 40 minutes to be checked in because they messed up my appointment, didn't know I was supposed to advise that I'm a transfer guess it's the responsibility of the patient to inform them as I was told by the front desk staff. If it wasn't for Halica I might have been still waiting.. Disappointed I gave 3 stars because of Halica More
